Lossuniverse Pest Control is a referral service. We help homeowners in Rancho Cordova and the Rancho Cordova area make sense of a pest or wildlife problem, and then we connect them with independent local providers in our network. The providers do the work. Lossuniverse Pest Control does not.
Most people meet a pest problem at an awkward moment. There is scratching in the wall, or a trail of ants on the counter, and a search page full of names that all sound alike. Choosing from that list is a bit like picking a mechanic by the size of the sign out front. What you really need is a handful of good questions. This site gives you those first, and a path to a provider second.
When you call or send a request, we ask a few simple things. What did you see? Where in the house? How long has it gone on? We pass those details to a local provider in the network who handles that kind of problem. Season sets the timing, so we also note things like a dry spell sending ants indoors or winter rain pushing rodents toward warm spaces. Availability varies by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.
Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
What good sounds like is a provider who is happy to be asked. If someone dodges, rushes you or will not put a price in writing, pause.
Lossuniverse Pest Control does not send anyone to your home. We do not set prices, treat for pests, remove animals or promise results. We do not rank or rate providers, and we do not give legal or insurance advice. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Lossuniverse Pest Control does not bill homeowners. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. The price of the work is settled between you and the provider, and you are never required to hire anyone.
Many homes in this region are stucco ranch houses on slabs or raised foundations, plus older bungalows and tract homes from the 1950s to the 1980s. Think of an older, well-loved coat. It still works, but small tears appear at the seams. In a house, those seams are gaps around pipes, vents and rooflines, and pests find them quickly.
