We want every homeowner who reaches Lossuniverse Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, a good first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Lossuniverse Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in California.
Email contact@lossuniverse.property and include:
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean reaching out to the provider. Once we have answers, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
